The experimental model of pedagogical system of social and moral fire-services' future specialists readiness to professional activity in High school educational establishments of The Ministry of Emergencies of Ukraine, which includes such components: objective (the aim and the task); methodological (approaches and principles); organizing and procedure (stages - actual, theoretically-practical, reflexive; pedagogical conditions and pedagogical of educational and upbringing process); criteria-evaluating (criteria, exponents (rations) and levels of social and moral fire-services' future specialists readiness to professional activity formations) are theoretically and practically proved in the dissertation. Criteria (motivate and value, moral and orientate, reflective and activity), rations, levels (optimal, ample backgrounder, primer and elementary) of social and moral fire-services' future specialists readiness to professional activity are developed. Pedagogical conditions of social and moral fire-services' future specialists readiness to professional activity in High school educational establishments of The Ministry of Emergencies of Ukraine formation are distinguished. The content and sense of notions "socialization", "morality", "readiness to activity", "cadets' social and moral readiness to professional activity" and pedagogical essence of the phenomena "social and moral fire-services' future specialists readiness to professional activity" are specified in the scientific theses.
