Essay

The thesis deals with the problem of communicative interaction between cadets of military schools in the initial training as an important component of improvement of the system of education and training of the future officers of the Armed Forces of Ukraine, formation of communicative and supportive educational environment, mobilization of students from the first steps of learning on mastering their profession, modernization of work of commanders and teaching staff of the military university, filling their practice with teaching content. Theoretical analysis of works of domestic and foreign scholars on the research problem is performed, essence and specific of interpersonal communication is revealed, educational and legal basis for communicative interaction of cadets is stated. Based on specific criteria and indicators, the author grounded the stages of communicative interaction between cadets of military schools in the initial professional training. The scientific meaning of the notions "initial professional training", "communicative interaction" and "communicative and supportive teaching and educational environment" is revealed and clarified. The author developed teaching technologies to ensure effective interactive communication on levels "cadet-cadet", "commander-cadet", "teacher-cadet", that became the basis of the program of communicative interactions of cadets in initial professional training.
