Object - training of education managers in postgraduate education. Aim - theoretical basis work out and test the experimental model of training education managers in order to work with public organizations in the field postgraduate education. Methods - theoretical (analysis and systematisation of philosophical, psychological and pedagogical, scientific and methodological literature); empiric (interviewing, testing); mathematical statistics (statistical analysis, processing and enterpretation of the results of the experimental work). Theoretical results and novelty - for the first time the content and structure of the phenomena "efficiency of education managers to work with public organizations in the field postgraduate education" has been defined and characterized. Pedagogical conditions of such work have been scientifically justified. Criteria and indicators (within the framework of each criteria of formation of education managers training in order to work with public organizations) have been defined. An experimental model of education managers training in order to work with public organizations has been worker out and justified. Practical results - an experimental and diagnostic methods of training of education managers in order to work with public organizations in the field of postgraduate education have been worked out; a special course "Basics of education managers work with public organizations", a system of tasks, trainings and business games have been developed. Degree of implementation: high. Field use - educational, institutions of higher education.
