Essay

The paper presents a new approach to creating tests, which entails not only of theoretical analysis measurement construct, but also to reconstruct its semantic space. Theoretically that this stage in the development of techniques needed to overcome the differences between semantic structures measurement construct developer tests and future subjects. As a result, a questionnaire was developed for the diagnosis of mental stability "Прогноз-3". Testing the test showed his best psychometric performance than the traditional technology of the developed questionnaire.
