Essay

The thesis deals with theoretical and experimental material on the substantiation of expediency correction of mineral composition of nutrient medium for strain Aspergillus terreus by copper chelate through its form, confirmed the harmlessness derived cellulase pursuant advanced biotechnology and established the effectiveness of this enzyme feeding broiler chickens in the feed. Cultivation of Aspergillus terreus on modified nutrient medium can get resistant to drying cellulolytic enzymes whose activity is 36% higher compared with enzymes obtained in nutrient medium without copper cheater. Experiment on white mice proved harmless cellulase obtained from a strain Aspergillus terreus, which were cultured on nutrient medium containing copper chelate. To substantiate the results of research conducted morphological and biochemical evaluation of some blood parameters investigated biological value of meat of broiler chickens. Using cellulase derived from improved technology (68 g / t) in compound feeds for broiler chickens is accompanied by an increase in their productivity by 9.5%, reduces the cost of feed per unit of output by 4,8% and increased revenue by 3,4%.
