In the dissertation the problem of readiness formation of the future Natural Sciences teachers in the process of professional practice is considered. As a result of the scientific research the content, form, principles and methods of the future teachers' readiness formation. The structure of the future teachers' readiness formation in the process of professional practice is identified. It includes motivating, content, activity and organization-methodical components; criteria, indices and four levels of readiness. It is theoretically and practically proved that readiness formation of the future Natural Sciences teachers in the process of professional practice will be effective if such pedagogical conditions are applied: providing the unity of the theoretical material and practical activity in the process of professional readiness formation
