Essay

The dissertation is devoted to the investigation of the problems of improving future medical workers' professional training by forming their professional and ethical culture while learning the Humanitarian subjects at medical colleges. Based on the analysis of methodological and psycho-pedagogical aspects of medical workers' professional culture, its moral and ethical component is grounded, the role of the Humanitarian training in forming future medical workers' professional and moral and ethical qualities is revealed. The demands for medical workers' professional and ethical culture are determined and it allows the author to suggest the criteria, components and es-timating methods of future medical workers' professional and ethical culture.
