Кubko V. Corporate culture of higher education in Ukraine: philosophical and kulturolohycheskyy analysis

The thesis reveals the structure of values and cultural processes in modern Ukrainian universities through the prism of the corporate culture as a cultural phenomenon. There are represented the practical recommendations of the directions and methods of the corporate culture improvement, the creation of its effective models as necessary operating and transformation of the national higher education condition. It is suggested to examine the process of improvement of the corporate culture of higher educational establishments as a regulation of traditions that were already folded and base values, in order to create the integral system that will promote the achievement of the aims of educational establishment.
