Kobylіanska A. Integration of emerging economies into international investment space.

The dissertation focuses on theoretical and applied aspects of integration of emerging market economies into international investment space. The determinants and characteristics of contemporary globalization of investment space are analyzed, the relative role of countries with emerging market, and the directions of its modification during transformation of the global capital markets in the post-crisis period is revealed, the areas of foreign economic policy development for countries which are similar to emerging market economies are determined. Special attention is paid to the analysis of tendencies and characteristics of international capital flows development and to the role of emerging market economies in these global processes. The influence of the major determinants on the dynamics and structure of foreign investment flows to countries with different level of development is evaluated, the relative importance of emerging market economies in transboundary investment activity of Ukraine is determined. Special attention is paid to the peculiarities of post-crisis development of the global financial market. The nature of and the differences in the integration of Ukraine and emerging market economies into international investment space are diagnosed. The recent problems of cross-border investment flows' regulation and their solutions in terms of building a strategy for sustainable macroeconomic development in Ukraine are discovered.
