Khomutnyk Y. Imidoylphosphonates and iminocarboxylates in synthesis of aminophosphonic and aminocarboxylic acids derivatives

The dissertation is devoted to the development of methods for the synthesis of polyhaloacetimidoylphosphonates and carboxylates with various substituents at the imine carbon atom, and their use as promising synthones for the preparation of biorelevant acyclic and heterocyclic derivatives of aminophosphonic and aminocarboxylic acids. Convenient synthetic approaches to iminocarboxylates and iminophosphonates with alpha-haloalkyl groups have been elaborated. The wide synthetic potentialities of these imines were showed for preparation acyclic and heterocyclic derivatives of aminophosphonic and aminocarbonic aсids.
