Object of research: process of formation of the efforts and wear of rotating cutting tool at equipping them screw Executive bodies of treatment combines. The research objective is to increase the productivity of treatment combines with screw-type Executive bodies and durability of the cutting tool at the expense of a substantiation of rational parameters of a rotating tool and schemes of its recruitment, creating a destroys the array stress state with a predominance of the stresses of the shift, with reduced friction path tool of the array. Research methods: the methods of the theory of probability and mathematical statistics, theory of random processes, theoretical mechanics, analytical geometry, mathematical programming and theory of cutting of rocks; encumbrance of the cutting tool was determined experimentally in representative conditions with the use of modern methods and means of strain gauge research; the adequacy of the mathematical model was confirmed by the comparison of the calculation results with the data of the physical experiment. Scientific results: further theoretical development and experimental confirmation of the physical phenomenon of the formation in the zone of contact of rotating cutting tool with an array of coal seam combined stress state with the predominant strains of the shift, which is the Foundation of the life of the instrument and the effectiveness of the process of coal production. Practical results: developed and implemented the recommendations on the rational parameters of a rotating cutting tools, charts his set on screw Executive bodies, ensuring increase almost on the order of the resource of the cutting tool and the 10% of the daily loading on a clearing face. The novelty of the work: it has been experimentally confirmed that the mechanism of the destruction of the coal seam rotating cutting tool is characterized by consistent hitting separate entity, the probability distribution of the boundary values of the length of which is not contrary to the law of Weibull; developed and implemented a mathematical model of instant efforts, building on a rotating cutting tool in the destruction of coal layers, which allows you to set the dependence of efforts on the instrument and the energy intensity of the process parameters from the destruction of the array and the tool; for the first time received an empirical dependence of the efforts of the spallation pillar rotating cutting tool, which allowed holistically justify the dependence of efforts from the most significant factors as multivariate random functions and to determine the optimal parameters of the instrument on the specific operating conditions. The main results of the work are used in the course of improvement of Executive bodies of a clearing combine type R1-101У in carrying out comparative tests in an RBE, "the mine of Ukraine" se "SelidovUgol".
