The object is temporal characteristics of personality; the aim is to define the features of intercommunications between regulatory qualities and temporal characteristics of student's personality and to work out the system of means to promote personal temporal characteristics development in student age; the methods are theoretical methodological analysis, psychological data systematization and generalization according to the problem of research (generalization of psychological approaches as to the study of temporality features; determination of personality properties and temporal characteristics of life in youth age, their diagnostic parameter features); psychological methodological experiment in the form of statement research (determination of connection character between regulatory qualities and temporal characteristics of personality, which are the constituents of time organization of personality's life, formative (realization of the worked out developing-correction program) and control (determination of applied developing-correction program efficiency) research; methods of mathematical statistics of data processing; the novelty is in the creation of structural model of regulatory qualities and temporal characteristics of student's personality, which consists of such factors as general level of self-regulation and vitality, time duration discreteness, accuracy of short time intervals perception, tension in time experiencing, emotional estimation of time range and temporal orientation; it was defined for the first time on the results of the comparative analysis of personality's temporality structurogram, that the specific of temporality structuration is connected with grade levels, and the fifth year students show greater co-ordination(coherence) and general organization of temporality structure unlike the first year students; an idea about intercommunication of regulatory temporal characteristics of student's personality is extended, which is in the fact that regulatory factors of personality are positively relate to such temporality properties, as time duration discreteness and emotional estimation of time range, and negatively related to time tension; an idea about psychological properties of student's personality by the selection of base indexes of time experiencing (pleasantness, organization, integrity) in temporality structure is extended, that have a maximal number of connections with other elements of structure; facilities of psychological diagnostics of students' temporality features are improved by creation of methods complex, that plugs personal regulatory properties and temporal aspects of life in youth age(time perception and experiencing, temporal competence and orientation); means of promoting temporality constructive form, which constituents include characteristics of time duration and promote effective time organization of life in a continuum "past-present-future" have been further developed; the results consist in selection of complex of research methods of students' personality orientation in the context of temporality features and creation of the developing-correction program, oriented to the development of personality's temporal characteristics, which provide the successful functioning of student as a subject of educational-professional activity, can be used in activity of psychological service workers in higher educational establishments, teachers, tutors, taking into account the features of certain groups and courses, research results can be applied during professional training and advanced training of students of both technical and humanitarian orientation; branch - psychology
