The thesis is devoted to the problem of increasing the effectiveness of independent work of future economists in the process of psychological and pedagogical training. As a result of research the model for organization of independent work of future economists has been developed and experimentally tested on the basis of the differentiated approach in the process of psychological and pedagogical training that ensures improved of students independent work. Such concepts as: independent works, organization of independent work and differentiated approach to the organization of independent work of students have been grounded.
