Danshina Y. Development of mechanisms of grant of administrative services in Ukraine

In dissertation the mechanisms of grant of administrative services are investigational by the organs of public management of Ukraine, certainly directions of improvement of process of grant of administrative services; it is set that the universally recognized determination of category of services in the world it is not set forth until now; it is specified understanding of essence of concept "service" and "administrative service" in the context of scientific дискурсу in the field of state administration; classification of services is carried out in next criteria: after the object of grant, on maintenance and by the volume of procedural actions, depending on providing of rights, freedoms and legal interests of citizens and legal duty of physical and legal persons; after legal consequences; on the criteria of requiring payment; depending on the subject of receipt of administrative service; from the level of the legal adjusting of procedure of their grant; on maintenance concrete administrative businesses.
