Essay

Dissertation is devoted to the complex comparative analysis of the legal adjusting of implementation of international obligations in the legal systems of Poland and Ukraine. The historical terms of development of doctrine idea are analysed in relation to the problem of correlation of international and internal law in the world. It is rotined that the states gradually walk away from cleanly theoretical dichotomy dualism-monism in behalf of model of co-operation of international and national law through a decision especially of practical questions in relation to application of international norms in an internal right.
