In dissertation the analysis of indexes of prevalence and primary multiple sclerosis morbidity among victims of the ChNPP accident is conducted, description of neuropsychiatric status of patients and quality of their life, organizational defects are educed in providing of medical and preventive help to the inspected contingent. A necessity is reasonable and the new model of the system of Medicare is grounded for multiple sclerosis patients victims of the ChNPP accident.
