Levchenko D. Interaction of industrial and banking capital in the context of globalization

The object of study is the interaction of industrial and banking capital in the context of globalization. The aim of the thesis is to develop theoretical and methodological foundations of research interaction of industrial and banking capital and the development of scientific and practical recommendations for improving the interaction between industrial and banking sectors in a growing uncertainty of the global economic environment. Methods: method of theoretical generalization, systematic approach, the method of analysis and synthesis, methods of statistical and economic-mathematical analysis and modeling and so on. Theoretical results: lies in deepening the existing theoretical and methodological foundations of international banking in the context of globalization and improving organizational and economic principles for cooperation between industrial and banking capital in a growing uncertainty of the global economic environment. Scientific novelty: the first time: a simulation model of bank efficiency interaction with industry, the degree of exposure of the banking sector on the formation of real GDP by groups of countries; improved: identification of key areas to improve management of liquidity of the banking system of Ukraine developed the system approaches to a comprehensive strategy measures transformation of national industrial and banking sectors of Ukraine; received further development: definitions: international banking structure and international industrial and banking groups; directions of transformation of the international banking. Degree of implementation: this study implemented in practice Donetsk Chamber of Commerce, the Donetsk City Council, PJSC "Ukrainian Development Bank," Regional Branch of the National Institute for Strategic Studies in Donetsk, as well as in the educational process of Donetsk National University. Scope: interdisciplinary.
