Volyanska M. Institutional Mechanisms of Regulation of Banking Crises in Central and Eastern Europe countries.

The thesis is devoted to the analysis of institutional mechanisms of regulation of banking crises in Central and Eastern Europe. Dissertator defined the major channels of contagion of banking crises to the neighboring countries. Using methods of mathematical-statistical analysis dissertator calculated the index of efficiency of policy regulation of banking crises and investigated the relationship between the use of public financial resources and the efficiency of banking crises regulation in in Central and Eastern Europe. We Dissertator tested and evaluated the influence of independence of central banks on the efficiency of regulation of banking crises in Central and Eastern Europe.
