The thesis aims to address important scientific and technical problems of precision coaxial arrangement of holes in their cutting boring tools onesided cutting. The problem is solved by developing models forming the axes of holes, the choice of rational design decisions, timely detection of adverse situations through indirect process control processing, and eliminate them.
