Sinenko S. Pharmacological action of homeopathic preparations in studies on intact and catarrhal gastroenteritis patients' pigs

Object of research: pharmacological action of complex homoeopathic medicines of Nux Vomica Hommacord and Mucosa compositum, pharmacotherapy of a catarrhal gastroenteritis at pigs complex homoeopathic medicines. The aim of research: in experiments on pigs after weaning study the pharmacological effect of complex homeopathic preparations Nux vomica-Homaccord and Mucosa compositum and investigate their effectiveness in pharmacotherapy catarrhal gastroenteritis of pigs. Research methods: pharmacological, zootechnical, clinical, hematological, biochemical, immunological and statistical. Scientific novelty: For the first time on intact pigs, on dynamics of morphological, biochemical and immunological indicators of blood, are studied pharmacological action of complex homoeopathic medicines of Nux Vomica Hommacord and Mucosa compositum, and also are established their pharmacotherapy efficiency at treatment of the pigs, sick a catarrhal gastroenteritis after an excommunication. It is scientifically proved and is almost confirmed pharmacological action and high efficiency of application of complex homoeopathic medicines of Nux Vomica Hommacord and Mucosa compositum in schemes of prevention of development of a catarrhal gastroenteritis at pigs after depriving. For the first time are developed, approved and introduced in practice of veterinary medicine a highly effective complex method of treatment of the pigs, sick a catarrhal gastroenteritis, with use of homoeopathic medicines. Extent of introduction: On the basis of the carried-out researches are developed and introduced in practice of veterinary medicine "Recommendations about use of preparations of Nux Vomica Hommacord and Mucosa compositum at a gastroenteritis of pigs", approved by Scientific and methodical council of the State committee of veterinary medicine of Ukraine. Scientific novelty is confirmed the patent for useful model 35124 Ukraine, MPK A61k31/045 "A way of prevention of incidence of pigs a gastroenteritis in an excommunication" with u 2008 09302.
