Essay

An object is a technological process of fireproof plywood fabrication. A purpose is to establish the patterns of the influence of rotary cut veneer surface modification on the properties of plywood. Methods - gravity (gravimetric); physical; mechanical; randomizations, methods of mathematical statistics. Scientific novelty: a model of interaction modifying agents selected from the main chemical components of wood under which the adhesive ability of the surface affects not only changes the chemical structure of the components of wood, but also changes in their supermolecular structure; the influence of different classes of modifying agents (hydrogen peroxide (N2O2) acetic acid (SH3COOH), sodium carbonate (Na2CO3), aluminum sulfate (Al2(SO4)3)), as well as their costs and concentration on the surface properties of modified veneer and plywood; regressive dependence of compression coefficient and shear strength of plywood on splitting off from the parameters of the gluing regimes (cost of glue, temperature, pressure and time of gluing) are received, the optimal regime for gluing plywood with modified veneer surface is received. Results: the regimes of veneer modification and plywood pressing are developed. Degree of introduction: the results of work are recommended for applying in industry of plywood fabrication on LTD "ОDEK-Ukraine". Industry is woodworking.
