The thesis is devoted to the formation of professional orientation of future economists sector Housing. According to the research tasks defined in a scientific manner the nature and structure formation of professional orientation of future economists sphere of housing, defined the concept of "professional orientation", investigated the factors that affect the quality of the process of creating professional orientation of future housing sector economists. The study developed and experimentally tested model of professional orientation of future economists areas of Housing, which provides prevailing professional orientation of future economists sphere of housing and communal services. Grounded proven pedagogical conditions that improve the efficiency of formation of professional orientation of future economists sphere of housing, recommendations and by their implementation in practice.
