Dissertation focuses on the development of professional management competence of the administrators of higher educational pedagogical institutes I-II level of accreditation by means of trainings. The model of professional managerial competence of administrators of higher educational institutions of I-II level of accreditation by means of trainings scientifically grounded and experimentally tested in the dissertation. The organizational and pedagogical conditions of its functioning were described. The criteria, indicators and levels of professional managerial competence of administrators of higher educational institutions of I-II level of accreditation have been determined. The notion "development of professional management competence of administrators of educational institutions", "conditions for the development of professional management competence of administrators of higher educational institutes", "training in the system of post-graduate pedagogical education" were precised.
