The thesis is devoted to research of the regulatory systems activity based on the analysis of heart rate variability and comparative characteristic of functional and metabolic parameters of the white rats liver mitochondria and the small intestine mucosa under the influence of high doses of ionizing radiation. Positive effect of ?-adrenoblocker propranolol preventive application under these conditions was proved.
