Shapoval D. The principles of rational women's pregnancy and childbirth conducting with the combination of endocrine autoimmune pathology

Dissertation is devoted to the features of rational conduct of pregnancy and births for women at the united endocrine autoimmune pathology taking into account the indexes of hormonal, immune status, changes of the gemostase system, development of the scientifically grounded tactic of the conducting pregnancy and births. Under a supervision was 143 pregnant, from them 113 with endocrine autoimmune pathology. Certainly, that middle levels of estradiol, progesterone, placental lactogen, chronic gonadotropin for pregnant with the isolated insulin-independent diabetes and thyreopaty were within the limits of vibrations one sigmal rejection, and for pregnant with the united endocrine autoimmune pathology within the limits of two sigmal rejections, from the indexes of the level these hormones for healthy pregnant in the proper terms of gestation. The pregnant with endocrine autoimmune pathology have the pathological activating of the system gemostase, which already strengthens present autoimmune violations. It is set that by the main type of immunoreactions for women with endocrine autoimmune pathology were autoimmune in combination from imunocomplex. The algorithm of tactic conduct is made of pregnancy and birthsis developed for women with the united endocrine autoimmune pathology. Using in the complex treatment of pregnant with endocrine autoimmune pathology the homoeopathic preparation helps in the improvement of indexes of immune status, decline of auto aggression, that allowed to save the pregnancy in 92,1% cases and finish it with the viable children's births. Degree of introduction: the main provisions are introduced in work of maternity hospitals № 1, 2, 6, 7 in Kharkov, №1 in Sumi and Kremenchuk.
