Thesis researches both theoretical and practical aspects of integration of Ukrainian aviation complex into global competitive space. The influence of the multi vector factor on the entities of the international branch integration within the terms of global business environment transformation is revealed. Theoretical approaches to the peculiarities of evolution and formation of criteria of Ukrainian aviation complex integration into international aviation market are generalized. Authors definition of the international branch aviation complex has been proposed. An algorithm of multinational strategies implementation by Ukrainian aviation entities within the terms of strategies diversification is worked out. The directions of integration of international marketing models into the Ukrainian aviation complex management system are defined. The classification of competitive priorities of integration of Ukrainian aviation complex into the international competitive space on the basis of investment and innovative components is elaborated. Model of international passenger traffic integration dynamics including the development of the process within the frames of global competitive space is developed.
