Essay

The dissertation contains theoretical study of the problem in respect of formation of health-related preferences of the future teachers in valeology training process. Modern approaches to the health understanding have been analyzed, the essence of concepts of "health", "value attitude", "system of values", "health-related preferences" has been revealed, and the main ways of its formation have been studied. Pedagogical conditions for the formation of health-related preferences of future teachers have been theoretically grounded, developed and implemented in the educational process. Their efficiency in educational process of higher education has been experimentally proved based on criteria, indices and levels of health-related preferences. The efficiency of pedagogical conditions has been proved by experimental work results.
