The model of differentiation in terms of two-dimensional space by the intensity and frequency of extreme factor. Developed and standardized method of diagnosis system of relations to work in extreme conditions for the diagnosis of psychological criteria. Developed model key personality factors efficiency professional military commanders departments of fire departments, based on psychological diagnosis four areas. There are spatial intelligence, regulatory scope, emotional sphere and communicative sphere.
