Essay

The dissertation is dedicated to study the changes of the visual functions and the bioelectrical activity of the neurons in the cortex of the young people during the work at the computer monitor. It is shown that the change in the functional state of the visual analyzer depends on the initial level of visual status and duration of visual work at the computer monitor. Using of the renewal complex permits to improve the functional indices of the visual system to the initial level for young people with the emetropy refraction under shorter duration of work at the computer.
