The object of researches is the process of forming of quality of watering water on the Ingulets irrigation system and his influence on the ecological agromeliorative conditions of soils in the modern terms of menage. Purpose of researches - determination of influencing of terms of forming of quality of watering water on the ecological agromeliorative conditions of soils of the Ingulets irrigation system and to execute the scientific ground of a new variant of improvement of quality of watering water for the modern ecological-ekonomic terms of The use of water and soil. Methods of researches - the field; laboratory; statistical; computation-comparative. Results of researches - For a theory: First on the basis of analysis of research of all period of work of the Ingulets irrigation system (1957-2012), the row of history stages of development, which determine the terms of forming of quality of watering water and ecological agromeliorative conditions of soils, is selected. For practice: It is developed and scientifically grounded a new variant of forming of quality of water for introduction in Management of channels of the Ingulets irrigation system, that quality of water of the ІІ class gives possibility to provide stable satisfactory for irrigation. The sphere of the use is the agricultural enterprises of south region of Ukraine.
