This research has experimentally proved the efficiency of using progressive counter flowing preliming in the technological scheme of diffusion juice purification in sugar beets production. Unit appropriate mathematical models of diffusion and alkaline juice hydrodynamic flow patterns, separate and general, were being developed. The suggested measures for integrated technological improvement of progressive counter flowing preliming. Experimentally feasible is the method of improvement of preliming technology recirculating into diffusional juice flow before preliming of 50 % of presaturated prelimed juice.
