Polyakov M. The forms of implementation of paradigmal model of world economy's information development.

Subject - informatization processes of global economic development and "new economy" phenomena applied to global economy information development. Objective - to elaborate forms and models of innovation development, aimed to solve current problems of global economy informatization. Methods - scientific abstractions with the accord of theories and practices; logical deductions; logical inductions; vertical knowledge integration; visual and graphic approach; positive and normative approaches. The theoretical backgrounds for forming the paradigm of global economy information development were researched; the necessity to specify existing logical and conceptual apparatus in order to bring it into compliance with the present day was established. Existing models of innovation activity were analyzed and the directions for their development were determined. The condition and dynamics of global economy information development were monitored. Deconstructive phenomena in the process of informatization were determined; the ways to solve the encountered were determined and discussed. The paradigm innovation model, which guarantees the productivity increase and the reduction of risks in IT innovation activity, was developed; institutional forms for its implementation were described. The model was tested while establishing information systems for marketing purposes. Field - innovation activity, academic activity.
