Starchenko Y. Lexical and word formative innovations in the Ukrainian language jargons (from the middle of 80s till nowadays).

The object is the jargon lexis of the Ukrainian language. The goal is to investigate the innovative jargon nomens in the Ukrainian language and define the peculiarities of the innovative processes in the word formation of modern Ukrainian jargons. The methods are descriptive, comparative, opposition, quantitative estimation, component analysis, poll. The analysis of lexical and word formative innovations in the jargons of the Ukrainian language is made on the wide and various material in the thesis. The attempt of consideration the word formative jargon fenomenon as a system with the description of two different groups of derivatives: derivatives of the first nomination (is considered according to lexical and word formative categories with certain word formative categories and thematic groups) and nomens of the repeated nomination (word formative ways and methods of making jargon from the existing in the language nomens - the change of their status from a common language, literary, dialect into jargons) is made for the first time. The word formative specificity of nomen-innovations appearing in comparison with the literary language is determined as well as the features of word formative means within different jargons. The derivatives case study testifies the interrelation and interdependence of word formative processes which are part of the national language. The application field is academic activity.
