Object of study - the process of international enterprises partnership forming. Purpose - theoretical basis of international companies partnership in Europe forming, development trends distinguishing and practical recommendations for effective use of specific partnership forms between domestic and foreign enterprises offering. Methods - structural, systematic, comparative analysis, clustering, formalization, generalization, economic-mathematical, graphical, ect. The novity lies in the theoretical basis of international enterprises partnership forming, their current trends in Europe depicting and on this basis practical recommendations to overcome the asymmetry of partnership in Ukraine developing, and best forms of cooperation selecting. It is introduced in the activity of Vatra Corporation, "Ternofarm", Department of Foreign Relations, External Economic and Investment Activities of Ternopil Regional State Administration, Department of Tourism, EuroIntegration, Foreign Relations and Investment Activities of Lviv Regional State Administration, in learning process of Galician college of Chornovil while teaching courses in Economic of Enterprises and Finance of Enterprises, in the learning process of Ternopil Commercial Institute while teaching courses in International Economics and Finance of Enterprises and in Ternopil National Economic University while teaching courses in International Economic Partnership and International Economic Activities.
