The object of research - integrated technologies of products layer growth. The purpose of research - the effectiveness increase of integrated technologies of the products layer growth by means of morphological analysis of their 3D image at the stage of preparation for materialization. Methods: scientific principles of engineering technology, surface shaping, laser processing, geometric modeling and computer mathematics. Theoretical and practical results: the software that provides science-based decisions-making on rational spatial orientation, variable materialized layers thickness selection, the optimal products placement on the working platform of installation of layer by layer cultivation to reduce the time and labor costs is developed; the technique to verification of solid models of industrial products is developed. Novelty: first proposed and implemented an approach to the evaluation the complexity of industrial products; proposed and substantiated the effectiveness of replacement probabilistic expert assessments of geometric characteristics of the product to the statistical model to improve the accuracy of forecasting process time of manufacturing products. The degree of implementation: developed software and the practical results of the thesis are introduced at PJSC "The verification models" (Kharkov) and used in the learning process of NTU "KhPI", the Ukrainian Engineering and Pedagogical Academy (Kharkov), Republican institution of higher education "Crimean Engineering and Pedagogical University"(Simferopol). Area of use - machine-building enterprises.
