The thesis is devoted to the forming of economic competence of future education manager means learning game forms. The paper analyzes the psychological and educational literature on which: the essence of concepts "manager of еducation", "economic competence of education manager", "formation of economic competence of future education manager means game forms", defining the content and structure of economic competence of education manager. A structural and functional model of formation of economic competence of education manager was designed. The model is based on economic functions and activities of management education: human resources, managerial, marketing, business, finance. Each function and economic activity manager education is considered as a separate subsystem of economic competence, which includes motivational, cognitive, operational and personal components. The value of game forms of education in shaping economic competence education managers by means of game forms was revealed. The complex forms of learning games based on organizational and pedagogical conditions that contributed to the formation of economic competence of management education that proved experimentally was developed.
