Мuntyan O. Treatment and preventive maintenance of a postoperative pneumonia in abdominal surgery

The dissertation is devoted improvement of results of operative interventions on bodies of abdomen cavity by working out of methods of preventive maintenance and treatment of a postoperative pneumonia. New data is based on experimental and clinical researches which have confirmed oppressions SSL and necessity of its medicamentous stimulation. Efficiency of ambroxol and lipin on restoration surfactant system of lungs and its sanifying action is proved. Researches EBF and a bacterial condition of bronho-pulmonary system has specified in respiratory frustration before operation and their deepening in the postoperative period that raises risk of pneumonia occurrence. At patients with urgent surgical pathology background changes EBF are revealed at 85,1% which went deep depending on type and severity level of respiratory frustration at 95,4% of patients. At operative treatment emergency patients percent of damage of pulmonary system and complication was higher and increase the risk of postoperative pneumonia development occurred. It is established that applications nebulizer method of preventive maintenance and treatment with use ambroxol and lipin against rational antibacterial therapy raises efficiency of surgical treatment, leads to reduction of frequency of postoperative complications, and also decrease postoperative lethality.
