The object of research is the development of the world economy in terms of resource and environmental crisis. The aim is to develop the theoretical and methodological foundations of the study of ecological and economic component of international economics and development research and practical advice on the development of the world economy in terms of resource and environmental crisis. Methods: method of unity of the historical and logical, the method of analysis and synthesis, induction and deduction, structural methods, methods of economic-mathematical modeling method of comparative analysis. Theoretical results are to deepen the theoretical and methodological foundations of the study of international environmental and economic development and the development of scientific and practical recommendations to mitigate the effects of ecological and economic crisis in the world economy. Bottom line: lie in the development of organizational and economic support to overcome the effects of resource and environmental crisis in the world economy.
