Essay

The scientific work is devoted to the researching of problem of texts understanding formation for primary school pupils with mental retardation. In the thesis the theoretical and methodological approaches of the problem to texts understanding are analyzed, psychological conditions of texts understanding formation of primary school pupils with mental retardation are defined, modern methodic techniques analysis of comprehension text work of primary school children. Ascertaining experiment has made it possible to determine the levels and quality features of texts understanding of pupils 4th forms with mental retardation. The results of the forming experiment has showed and proved the effectiveness of the developed phased method using, special didactic and methodological support using of texts understanding formation of primary school pupils with mental retardation.
