Leshchenko M. Integration strategies of TNCs on the basis of holdings development.

The thesis is devoted to the study of theoretical and applied problems of forming integration strategies of transnational corporations on the basis of holdings development. The author's approach to countries ranking according to values of the index of TNCs holdings development is offered and the methods for assessing the effectiveness of cross-border mergers and take-overs in the countries of the world on the basis of cross-correlation coefficients calculation in terms of cross-border mergers and take-overs indicators are improved. In the course of the study theoretical and methodological approaches to the definition of "integration strategy" concept and identification of priority strategies of holdings functioning in international management are improved. The methods for assessing the effectiveness of the strategies by the largest TNCs, including holdings, with the use of matrix methods of portfolio analysis are improved in the thesis. The concept of functioning and interactions of holding groups participants which may be used not only to build property relations and finances maneuvering procedures, but also to organize effective industrial and economic interactions of technologically related holding firms is substantiated, that largely ensures the effectiveness of integrated structure activity.
