The thesis contains the theoretical review and a new approach to solving one of the important and urgent tasks as formation of junior medical specialists training their communication skills. Pedagogical conditions that are effective for the formation of communication skills (communicative approach, communicative awareness, communicative and functional effectivness) of future juniour medical specialists in professional training are defined considering the theoretical and empirical outputs. Methods of forming of communication skills which are professionally meaningful in order to realize certain pedagogical conditions in the educational process of higher medical establishment are theoretically characterized, dedefined and implemented.
