Filatyeva T. Training of the Future Specialists in the Art Area for Artistic and Pedagogical Work in extramural Educational Establishments

Object: the process of professional preparation of future specialists in the field of arts in the higher educational establishment; purpose: to prove theoretically and to check experimentally the pedagogical conditions of preparation of specialists in the field of arts and artistic pedagogical activity in extramural educational establishments; methods: analysis of literature, generalization, design, questionnaire, conversation, pedagogical experiment; novelty: theoretically proved and experimentally checked the pedagogical conditions of preparation of specialists in the field of arts for artistic pedagogical activity in extramural educational establishments; results: the program and the educational methods of the course „Pedagogics of extramural educational establishments” are created for students of the specialty „Applied art”; diagnostic methods of determining the levels of readiness for artistic pedagogical work in extramural educational establishments are worked out; the system of artistically creative tasks is developed as well as methodical recommendations for students passing the pedagogical practices; field – theory and methodology of professional education is described.
