The thesis is devoted to studying the complex development of innovative forms services to readers in libraries for children. Carried out a review of works related to the topic of the dissertation, the detailed analysis of the legislative framework, conceptual apparatus, and is supplemented and refined conceptual apparatus of the studied subject. Experience of introducing innovative forms services to readers in libraries for children in Ukraine. The analysis of the development of innovative forms services to readers in libraries for children in Ukraine. Detected, analyzed and structured forms of innovative services in libraries for children: 1) application service of biblioterapy children; 2) development of psychological services with the provision of advisory, diagnostic, remedial, educational and prevention; professional orientation of services, individual counseling of services, use of training techniques, and 3) web-technologies for use of information and library children.
