Essay

Dissertation is devoted the scientific substantiation of model of standardization of medical technologies on principles of evidence based medicine. The basic components of model are evidence based branch medical standards, local protocols of medical care and system of information support of clinical protocols. Proposed methodological approach to development and introduction of local protocols of medical care is based on principles of multidisciplinary care and cycle of quality management. The results of implementation of model of standardization of medical technologies confirmed medical, social and economic efficiency. Data obtained in a study have been put on the branch and regional levels.
