Kudina T. Forming of Ukrainian language's lexical competence for foreign students of Preparatory Departments

The thesis is concerned of Methods of study Ukrainian language as foreign. The theoretical and methodological bases of lexical competence of the Ukrainian language for foreigners analysed. Psychological and pedagogical foundation for developing multimedia methodological complex for training Ukrainian language for foreign students of Preparatory departments presented. Networked multimedia educational and methodical complex "Ukrainian language for foreigners" developed and tested. It includes the textbook, bank of presentations for interactive whiteboard or audio-visual e-learning, interactive video-dialogues. Author described the methodical system of forming lexical competence of foreign students by using this complex at the different stages of the learning: propaedeutic, at the classroom, self-learning, out-of-school's communication and in process of assessment. Results of educational experiment confirmed validity of hypothesis - methodical system based on complex possesses pedagogical expediency and high efficiency for forming of Ukrainian language's lexical competence for foreign students of Preparatory departments.
