The thesis deals with the onomasiological analysis of the predicates of thinking as way for the verbalization of concept of 'thinking' in the Russian, French, Old Russian and Latin languages. The concept was determined as the invariant of all the nominatheme meanings and their possible realization on the macrofunctional level and as invariant of one nominatheme meaning on the microfunctional level.
