Stoliarchuk V. Institutionalization of the global market of intellectual property objects

The dissertation is devoted to complex research of theoretical and practical issues related to institutionalization of the global market of intellectual property in the terms of economic globalization. Considerable attention is given to identification of creative nature of the product of intellectual labor and criteria for its economic measurement. The process of diversification of institutional support for the global IP market at the level of state, corporate and public-private partnerships has been researched. The efficiency of economic and legal mechanisms for IP protecting has been identified. The dissertation contains results of the author's research in the field of quantitative and qualitative parameters of the Ukrainian intellectual property market facilities and generalized legal basis of the national IPO market functioning. Special attention is paid to substantiation of strategic directions for institutional support of active participation of Ukraine in the global IP market.
