Object - the process of professional training of prospective social workers; the aim - to find out the influence of theoretically substantiated pedagogical conditions of valeological culture forming in future social workers in the process of their professional training; methods - theoretical, empirical, statistical; novelty - the research is the first to provide theoretical substantiation and experimental testing of pedagogical conditions of valeological culture forming in future social workers; the criteria and indices of the levels of social workers' valeological culture formation have been specified; the ideas and elements characterizing the essence and components of future social workers' valeological culture have been investigated; results - the criteria and indices of social workers' valeological culture formation have been defined; the diagnostic technique allowing for finding out the level of future social workers' valeological culture formation has been designed and experimentally tested; pedagogical conditions of valeological culture forming in future social workers have been theoretically substantiated and incorporated in the teaching process; the comprehensive programme of valeological culture forming in future social workers in the process of their professional training has been worked out and implemented; the course programmes in "Social Prophylactic" and "Valeology" for future social workers have been compiled; field - pedagogy.
