Essay

The dissertation highlights the features of building of the training process in cheerleading on the stage of the specialized base training. The aim of the research consists in theoretical development and experimental ground of methodology of construction of training process on the stage of the specialized base preparation in cheerleading. The achievement of the put aim was required by the solving of the following tasks: to analyze the modern training process of sportsmen state in cheerleading; to investigate the parameters of training process in cheerleading; to define model descriptions of physical and technical preparedness of cheerleading sportsmen on the stage of the specialized base preparation; to work out and experimentally ground authorial methodology training. Maintenance of training process that answers the modern requirements of cheerleading for the age-related contingent 16-21 and to the tasks of the specialized stage of preparation was first defined. The complexes of exercises for testing of the level of development of the special physical internals and technical preparedness of sportsmen in cheerleading on the stage of the specialized base preparation was worked out. The elevation scales for the estimation of implementation of the offered test tasks were worked out. Training methodology is experimentally grounded and efficiency of use of facilities of general physical, special physical and technical training is proved in the offered percent correlation, on groups and years of educating on the stage of the specialized base preparation. A program project is offered for the specialized base stage of preparation for sporting clubs and sporting sections of higher educational establishments.
