Goncharenko V. The improvement of physical training of highly skilled female field hockey players of different status in the annual training loop

The thesis is devoted the problem of physical preparation of skilled hockey players on a grass taking into account playing functions, what of them execute in the process of contention activity. It is in-process developed and experimentally grounded introduction in practical activity of the training program from physical preparation, directed on optimization of level of functional and physical preparedness of skilled hockey players. The object of the research is an educational-training process of hockey players on the grass of high qualification. The subject of the research is physical preparation of hockey players on a grass in the annual training loop. The purpose of the given research consists in perfection of level of development of physical qualities of skilled hockey players on the basis of rational structure of construction of physical preparation and effective checking system. Methods: analysis of scientifically methodical and special literature, normative documents; pedagogical research (pedagogical supervision, comparison, measuring, pedagogical testing, pedagogical experiment); methods of medical and biological; methods of mathematical statistics. In the dissertation the having a special purpose orientations of the structural and rich in content providing of physical preparation of skilled hockey players are first pulled out in trainings mezocycles, and also the orientation of loading of specific and heterospecific facilities which was used on the different stages of annual training cycle is certain.
